Demolition for “Call Your Mom” building
A demolition application has been filed for the “Call Your Mom” building at 88 Morgan Avenue near the Morgan L stop. The property is owned by the St. Nick’s Alliance, a non-profit organization involved with economic development and affordable housing. St. Nick’s, which acquired the property in 2001 from HPD, did not respond to an email seeking comment.
