Demolition and new building planned near Morgan L
DOB records show that the owner of 360 Johnson Avenue (at Bogart Street and Boerum Street, near the Morgan L and the recently-announced “hipster mall”) has filed to demolish the existing manufacturing buildings and construct a new 5-story commercial building.
The new building will house offices, self-storage, and 37 parking spaces, and have a new address of “101 Bogart”.
